Also called ultramarine blue, laundry blue or washing blue, neel is available in both powder and liquid form. The basic purpose of this product is to improve the appearance of aging white fabrics. By adding a trace of blue color to the fabric, you can prevent the cloth to look old, dull and pale after some washing.
